Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at tamsin@bakesterbox.com, stating the issues with your order (including any pictures of damages/issues). All refunds are discretionary, and we reserve the right to refund an amount deemed appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Taste
As taste is a subjective matter, we do not approve refunds if you do not like the taste of an item.
Returns
As our goods are all perishable, we do not accept physical returns.
